Hello Year 6
This week sees the return to school for some of you. This will be different and we are sure that you will deal with this 'new normal' admirably as you have done with everything else.
Good afternoon Year 6, we hope you are all well.
Today would have been the first day of SATs week. Some of you were looking forward and eager to beat your previous scores but we know you were really excited for the celebrations on Friday, when they were all over. I know it isn't the same and when we can we will celebrate your efforts but for now, here is something to hopefully make you smile...
Hello Year 6
Another week has gone by and we are really impressed by how much you have been committed to your learning on Seesaw. If you are completing other challenges, we would love to see these too and remember we will be happy to help you out if you email us.
Hello again everyone,
I hope you are all well and staying safe. This week, as well as working from home every day and in school on Thursday, I have been spending time in my garden trying to clear all of the weeds that seem to have begun to take over! I have also bought some flour from the local windmill in York and have been baking bread which I find very relaxing. I am also spending some time in the evenings using the Duo Linguo app to try to learn a new language - I certainly have a long way to go with my Italian! I hope you are finding the time to spend on things that you enjoy.
