At MCPS we are trying to save on the amount of energy we use in school. Eco committee reps have undertaken class audits to see how good they are at switching off the lights when not in use.
Each class should now have a sign under each switch to remind them also a light monitor whose job it is to switch off the lights when the class leaves the room.
