Mrs Reppold leads a committed group of professionals who are passionate about reflecting on their practice and using what they learn to develop their profession. We are currently working towards the NFER Research Mark.

We have several professional development meetings planned to support staff in undertaking their classroom based research this year. All staff continue to keep reflective blogs detailing their thoughts about improving their own teaching.

Reflective practice helps us to understand the links between what we do and how we might improve our effectiveness.

We believe in the power of experimentation and research. Our staff team are encouraged to reflect on their practice and research areas of their work which they want to improve. Research informs development at an individual or whole school level.
